We hope you love your COLE ART USA handmade pieces. Each product is made or selected with care and represents a piece of our culture. But if you're not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:


Returns & Exchanges

You can return most non-custom items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.


How to Return an Item

  1. Request a Return
    Email us at cole.art.us@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Approval
    If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Condition
    Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Items on sale or clearance

  • Delicate handcrafted pieces such as ceramic mugs or wall décor


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at cole.art.us@gmail.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.


Cancelling or Modifying an Order

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Most items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges once an item has been shipped or delivered. If eligible, please request a return and place a new order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
